The Nominating Committee is responsible for recommending to the chapter a slate of proposed candidates for all elected offices and positions. In addition the Nominating Committee is responsible for recommending to the chapter a proposed slate of candidates for Chapter and Community Awards that have met the eligibility requirements as listed in Chapter Policies and Procedures. The Nominating Committee is responsible for the Call for Nominations,  preparing and receiving applications, validating eligibility requirements, establishing guidelines and overseeing the nominations process until the slate of candidates is presented at Executive Board and Chapter Meeting.

The Nominations Committee consist of (1) chair and (6) members elected by a majority vote, this committee only serves  (1) term which equals (2) years.
